At Canta Cuisine, we understood the importance of having our flavourful dishes paired with delightful wines from all over the world, thus creating the perfect balance of tastes. Furthermore, we have a great passion for wine, which we like sharing with our guests through our sommelier, Ioan Tiberiu.

Highest standards services, exquisite wine tastes and perfect harmony of each guest’s experience in the restaurant are the three pillars in Ioan Tiberiu’s professional creed. He has built a 14-years long career in the hospitality industry worldwide, dedicating himself to etiquette, manners and perfection of details. All of these have led him to finding his inner passion: WINE. Ioan Tiberiu followed several sommelier courses and studies for over three years, in a quest to gain real knowledge in terms of wine, flavours and food pairing. „I always sought perfection in hospitality. And I reached it. But the queen of a dining experience remains food, so I tried to find the king for it – I think it’s the wine! Perfect food paired with perfect wine builds the quintessence of an exquisite dining experience. And this is what I wish for all our guests. My role is to help them discover it.”
