Chef Marian Lamba joined Canta Cuisine in the summer of 2016, bringing a new look to our menu. He recognizes that he loves to cook fish, loves it texture. “I love cooking a fish that goes cold, as is the tuna, I like it red colour, the texture,” says chef Marian Lambă.
Also, beef steak and ham, lamb chops are among his favorites. He says that herbs are his favorites spices for lamb chops and uses them whenever possible.On the other hand, salt and pepper remain for chef Marian Lamba the most important spices because they are the ones that give natural flavour to the dishes.
From red tuna in sesame crusted on a bed of avocado, mix salad and pomegranate juice, French onion soup and emmentaler, risotto with truffles, rib steak with vegetables, sweet popatoes and vegetables, Rossini sirloin, lamb crown with herbs crust, vegetable ratatouille, sweet potato and lamb sauce are among the dishes that you must to taste. Each meat is accompanied by its own sauce prepared in house, 100% natural, which gives a distinctive flavour to our plates.
