A studiat la \u0219coala de buc\u0103tari Alma din Italia \u0219i a avut onoarea s\u0103 g\u0103teasc\u0103 al\u0103turi de chefi faimo\u0219i, printre care Marco Pierre White \u2013 mentorul lui Gordon Ramsay.<\/p>\n<p>La Chefi la cu\u021bite, sezonul 13, Mario a cucerit publicul \u0219i juriul cu un preparat inedit: piept de ra\u021b\u0103 cu sos de portocale afumat la rece. A primit patru cu\u021bite \u0219i Cu\u021bitul de Aur de la Chef Alexandru Sautner. A fost un moment de cotitur\u0103 \u00een cariera lui.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 emisiune, a decis s\u0103 se \u00eentoarc\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i s\u0103 contribuie la dezvoltarea gastronomiei de aici. A colaborat cu restaurante din Reghin, Sinaia \u0219i Delta Dun\u0103rii, unde a adus \u00een farfurii gusturi rafinate, inspirate din experien\u021bele lui din str\u0103in\u0103tate<\/p>\n<p>Chef Mario este fondatorul The Golden Knife Bistro, un proiect de suflet, unde tradi\u021bia rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 se \u00eembin\u0103 cu tehnici moderne.
